Omar Samaha



Omar provides his specialized real estate education and expertise to all clients, whether they are first time home buyers, sellers, or professional investors, to ensure they are provided with all the information and customized services for any of their real estate needs. Omar majored in Real Estate & Property Management at Virginia Tech (one of only four universities in the nation providing such a degree) where he graduated with experience and credentials in both fields. He is now nearing graduation from Georgetown University's Masters of Real Estate Development Program further enhancing his specialty in sales, value-added development, and investment-based finance for all types of real estate and ventures.

Nina Lahham is an Interior Designer II at Perkins+Will Washington, DC offices. She has experience with various project types including residential, corporate, government, and healthcare and has worked on multiple scales from small renovations to larger campus workplace planning and strategies. Nina is experienced in a full range of digital design tools including Revit Architecture, AutoCad, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. She has completed projects for the CoStar Group, Tishman Speyer, Ezra Company, and Environ.


Richard Anuszkiewicz


As director of the Kitchen and Bath Division for Alt Breeding Schwarz Architects, Richard's passion for design and appreciation of style are two driving forces behind his accomplishments. A graduate of Virginia Tech's NKBA accredited Residential Design program, Richard has received numerous accolades since being an inaugural NKBA 30 Under 30 in 2013.

Richard has launched the renowned #FASHIONFORWARD Tour and has been highlighted in numerous high-profile publications, such as Capitol File Magazine's The List, HGTV's Designer of the Week, The Washington Post's Home Front, and the London Design Festival 2015 as part of Modenus's Design Hounds. Additionally, Richard enjoys cultivating the next generation of industry professionals as an Architecture & Interior Design adjunct professor at AACC and curating Richar Living, a lifestyle design blog based on the fundamentals of holistic inspiration. 


Kedrick Thornton

Kedrick brings a unique perspective to his real estate clients with his architectural background and experience in real estate development. His sharp eye for detail compliments his keen design sensibilities when considering value add for real estate clients, developers, and investors for both residential, multi-family and commercial ventures. While pursuing his Masters of Real Estate Development at the University of Maryland, Kedrick has also worked with several prominent real estate development firms including Clark Realty Capital, further enhancing his expertise and knowledge of the market. 


Ashley Klearman

Ashley grew up observing her family's investment properties and learned the business of owning and operating retail and office properties at a young age. She holds a bachelor's in Legal Studies with minors in English and History. In 2011, she went on to complete a Master's degree in Paralegal Studies with an emphasis in Government Law, International Law and Intellectual Property from George Washington University. Shortly after, she furthered her knowledge in real estate by receiving a Master's in Real Estate with a focus in Development from Georgetown University in the Spring of 2014 and also holds a certificate in sustainable sites.  Her real estate experience combined with her legal studies led to her work at the American Land Title Association (ALTA) helping to lobby on Capitol Hill for the housing/title industry. Ashley also gained experience as a paralegal, assisting in areas ranging from bankruptcy law, corporate law, estate planning (international and domestic and property law.

Ashley founded CREI Global Properties LLC specializing in commercial real estate services, real estate syndication, LED retrofits and cost segregation studies. Her company has relationships with the leading international LED lighting company, Efficiency Consultants International (ECI) and Cost Segregation Services, Inc. (CSSI) providing clients with engineered-based cost segregation studies accelerating depreciation for commercial property owners.


Carson Sweezy

A native of the Washington DC Metropolitan area, Carson's social media, creativity, and marketing skills have been featured on the Inman real estate site, and have provided a wide array of clients and capabilities looking for great deals in the DC area. Carson's successful methods have proved especially helpful for those looking for hard to find purchases and rentals in a highly competitive DC area market. Carson's background in property preservation, rehabilitation and foreclosure management has provided him with understanding of the investment and wholesaling niche valuable to many flippers or intermediate/long term investors.
